Advance Medicare Corpora and Karl Storz Collaborate to Improve OR1 AIR Knowledge Through Refreshment Training

Jakarta, July 20, 2026 – To support optimal after-sales service, enhancing technical expertise is a top priority for Advance Medicare Corpora. As part of this commitment, Advance Medicare Corpora held an OR1 AIR Refresherment Training session featuring Zahrin and Edria from Karl Storz Endoscope as guest speakers. This event aims to update the team’s knowledge and enhance their ability to understand the implementation and troubleshooting processes of the OR1 AIR system in the field.

OR1 AIR is an integrated operating room system designed to support the integrated processing of video, audio, and various medical devices. For the system to operate optimally, a deep understanding of its configuration, how it works, and the steps to take when issues arise during use is required.

Through the refresher training held in collaboration with Karl Storz Endoscope, participants received an in-depth technical discussion on the OR1 AIR, ranging from system functions and configurations to troubleshooting processes based on implementation experiences at various hospitals. The material focused on common challenges encountered when using the OR1 AIR, including the process of identifying the root causes of problems, diagnostic steps, and solutions that can be applied in accordance with Karl Storz standards.

Together with the Karl Storz Endoscope team, this event also served as a platform for sharing experiences and insights regarding the implementation of the OR1 AIR in various healthcare facilities.
